There are several immediate opportunities to join the Wood Automotive Group as Call Center Representatives (CSR's). We are looking for CSR's to work within our new corporate office to assist our various sales teams in providing a higher level of personalized customer contact.
The successful candidates will act as ambassadors for our company while displaying competence, courtesy and professionalism in driving value-after sales. Duties will include logging and tracking incoming and outgoing telephone calls, as well as reporting call data and issues to management, while following established guidelines and procedures.
We are looking for a detail oriented individuals with excellent communications skills and a pleasant, friendly manner. The successful candidates must enjoy talking to people and have an aptitude for working with computers.
Call centre representatives are employed on a full-time and part-time basis and may be required to work on evenings and weekends so shifts can be flexible.
